Retail Assistant - Stewarts Broomhill (Wimborne)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Retail Assistant to join the team in our busy seasonal department!

Working across Houseplants, Home & Lifestyle, Outdoor Living and our Christmas Department the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service and ensure a delightful shopping experience for our customers. This role also involves working behind the scenes, constructing and decorating our Grotto, Winter Wonderland and other decoration and display projects throughout the year.

Previous retail experience in a similar environment, a passion for houseplants, a commercial eye and creative merchandising skills are key to this role.

Please note that some heavy lifting is involved, and you will require your own transport due to our rural location.

This is a permanent role and applicants must be available to work every Monday and Wednesday (11am-4pm) and alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm).
