The Ooni Gas Burner is a practical and efficient accessory designed to convert your Ooni Karu 12 or Karu 12G pizza oven into a convenient gas-powered model. Ideal for those who want the consistency and ease of gas cooking, it allows you to enjoy fast heat-up times and precise temperature control—without the need for wood or charcoal.
Crafted from durable stainless steel with high-quality nylon and plastic components, the burner produces up to 5.3 kW of heat, enabling your oven to reach temperatures of up to 450°C (850°F) in approximately 25 minutes. Its dual Venturi design with shaping caps ensures an even flame and optimal performance.
The burner unit itself measures 18.2 cm (L) x 24.1 cm (W) x 10.9 cm (H), while the boxed dimensions are 28 cm (L) x 28 cm (W) x 15 cm (H). It weighs just 0.95 kg (2.1 kg boxed), making it easy to handle and install.
Included in the box are the burner, a 37 mbar regulator and gas hose, fixing screws, an Allen key, an extendable match holder, and full instructions. Please note: the burner is only compatible with bottled propane gas and not natural gas. An excellent upgrade for reliable, low-fuss pizza cooking.

Stewarts offer free delivery on all orders over £50 within our local area. For orders under £50 we charge £7.95. Below is a map showing our local area, if you are outside this then unfortunately, except for selected nationally deliverable products, we are unable to deliver to you but you are very welcome to use our click and collect service.
Once your order has been placed we will be in contact within three days to arrange a time and date that will be convenient for you to receive the delivery.

Once your click and collect order is complete we will send you an email to confirm that the items are ready for collection. We do ask that items are collected within 7 days or a refund will be issued and the products returned to sale.
Gift Card Delivery
Stewarts gift cards can be delivered anywhere in the UK free of charge. Orders are posted at the end of the working day by Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail have a next-day delivery aim for First Class letters and parcels, but delivery times are not guaranteed especially in busy periods.
