Q1: Can I use SlugClear™ Ultra 3 Pellets around edibles?

A1: Yes, these can be used on bare soil around strawberries, salad crops and flowers.

Q2: When should I apply SlugClear™ Ultra 3?

A2: Use at the first signs of slug or snail damage to plants. Sprinkle the pellets evenly and thinly over the soil around the plants to be protected, so that the individual pellets fall 8-10cm apart. Do not put on the ground in heaps and avoid watering too much for a few days after application. Don’t let pellets rest on, or become trapped in the leaves or other parts of the plants.

Q3: How long does an application last?

A3: One application should last up to 2 weeks outdoors.

Q4: How many times can I apply SlugClear™ Ultra 3?

A4: You can apply this product four times per year.

Q5: How soon can I eat produce after applying SlugClear Ultra 3?

A5: You can eat it straight away, however, we would recommend for anything picked straight from the garden that you wash it first before consumption.

Stewarts offer free delivery on all orders over £50 within our local area. For orders under £50 we charge £7.95. Non-mainland UK addresses will incur a charge of £15 under a basket total of £150 but delivery is free of charge above this amount.

Click and Collect

Once your click and collect order is complete we will send you an email to confirm that the items are ready for collection. We do ask that items are collected within 7 days or a refund will be issued and the products returned to sale.

Gift Card Delivery
Stewarts gift cards can be delivered anywhere in the UK free of charge. Orders are posted at the end of the working day by Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail have a next-day delivery aim for First Class letters and parcels, but delivery times are not guaranteed especially in busy periods.
