Garden Sundries Manager - Stewarts Broomhill (Wimborne)

An opportunity has arisen to join our Garden Sundries Department at Stewarts Broomhill working as a Department Manager on a permanent basis. 

We are looking for an exceptional person with previous experience experience in a similar role in retail, who will work well with minimal  supervision. You will be proactive, with a keen eye for detail in order to maintain stock and visual merchandising standards, but also passionate about delivering great customer service. You will be managing a small team and liasing with the Garden Sundries Buyer and managers at our other centres, so being communicative and having excellent people skills is essential.

This vacancy will involve working  an average of 40 hours per week to include weekdays and alternate weekends with a day off during the week. You will also be required to be a Duty Manager for the Garden Centre on a rota basis.
