Coffee Shop Assistants at Country Garden Centre (Wimborne)
We are always on the look out for warm outgoing people to join the team at our Coffee Shop. We aim to provide an outstanding experience for our visitors and need people who can contribute to making their visit exceptional. We work hard to make working here pleasurable although we cannot deny that you are kept busy.
Duties will include counter service, operation of tills, clearing tables, assisting with food preparation and various kitchen tasks. Applicants should possess good communication, team working and customer service skills as well as having a good level of health & safety/hygiene knowledge. Previous catering experience in a similar environment would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
The job involves working the following days/hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and alternate weekends (with a day off during the week). Average 40 hours per week.

We are becoming increasingly proud of the food we offer here at Stewarts. With our improved preparation facilities we are able to prepare fresh, locally sourced produce to make good food for our visitors. Not surprisingly we are becoming increasingly busy.
We are on the look out for someone who loves their food and would like to help us produce outstanding quality for our customers. You do not have to be catering trained but you must have a passion for cooking. Relevant Health & Hygiene training would be a distinct advantage but we are willing to put the right candidate through training to obtain the relevant qualifications. Passion matters to us more than experience.

Landscape Gardener at Stewarts Landscaping (Wimborne)
We are a well known established business in Dorset, part of the Garden Centre Group. We run a team of skilled gardeners, who carry out grounds maintenance of prestigious commercial sites.
With the recent addition of some new contracts we are looking to recruit a permanent member to join the team.
The position will mainly include regular grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, hedge cutting, weeding etc. and will also occasionally include soft landscaping (turfing and planting) of private and commercial grounds.
The candidate MUST HAVE good previous practical experience. A smart appearance is expected and you must be used to working on your own and also as part of a team.
Full driving and trailer licence (Category B + E) are essential. Horticultural or plant knowledge and a current pesticide-spraying certificate would be an advantage.
The job involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Salary from £6.00 per hour (£12,480 p.a.)
