We strive to sell products that will meet or exceed your expectations. Our plants will grow well, our tools will be a pleasure to use, our gifts will bring lasting joy and our leisure items will give seasons of enjoyment.

If you are disappointed with any item from Stewarts we need to know about it. We would like the opportunity to put things right for you and get the smile back on your face.

Our hardy plants are guaranteed for 2 years.
Most of our other products have a minimum 1 year guarantee, however, even outside of these periods if something we have supplied fails to meet up with your reasonable expectations, talk to us about it and we will listen sympathetically.

Please help us by keeping your receipts in a safe place. If you need to return an item you will be asked to show your receipt as proof of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
